COVID-19 - If you answer yes to any of the below questions please do not attend the session - contact relevant centre for assistance

  • Is anyone confirmed as positive for Covid-19 or awaiting results from Covid-19 testing?
  • Is anyone shielded in the household as a result of receiving a letter from their GP instructing them to do so?
  • Is anyone self-isolating due to recent travel and/or close contact with a confirmed case?
  • Is anyone self-isolating as a precautionary measure (either on a voluntary basis or from employer instruction)?
  • Is anyone in the household experiencing symptoms such as a new persistent cough, high temperature or a loss of smell or taste?

Online Bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable


On arrival at the main reception desk please produce your receipt (confirmation email on screen acceptable) all members should also present their card.

We would like to advise customers that restricted changing facilities will be available at this stage. Customers must arrive to the facility pool ready, i.e. swimming gear should be worn below clothing. Showering and changing facilities will then become available at the end of each swimming session. Customers may find the ambient temperature around the pool to feel slightly cooler than normal as the circulation of fresh air throughout pool areas will be increased for the safety of customers and to meet government guidelines.

Please do not arrive any earlier than 10 minutes prior to your session commencing.

 

Lagan Valley LeisurePlex:

  • Main Pool lane swimming – 12 years+
  • Mission Inflatable – minimum age 6 years+ - children aged 6 & 7 must be supervised by an adult on a 1:1 ratio.


CHILD ADMISSIONS POLICY TO LAGAN VALLEY LEISUREPLEX POOLS

The following conditions will apply to the supervision of Children using the pools at the
LeisurePlex

(a) All children under 4 years must be accompanied/supervised at all times by a
responsible person over 16 years on a one to one basis
(b) Children aged between 4 – 7 years must be accompanied/supervised by a
responsible person over 16 years on 2 children to one responsible person basis.

Parent & toddler sessions - a responsible person over 16 years can supervise 2 children under 8 years old in these sessions ONLY
 

Leisure Pool RIDE Rules

DRAG RACE

  • Users must be minimum of 1.1 metres in height
  • Non-swimmers under 8 years must wear suitable buoyancy aids and have a parent/guardian waiting for them at the end of the Drag Race
  • No glasses to be worn

Master blaster

  • Users must be minimum of 1.1 metres in height
  • Non-swimmers under 8 years must wear suitable buoyancy aids and have parents precede or follow them down the ride
  • No glasses, masks or jewellery

Falling rapids

  • Users must be 8 years and over minimum of 1.1 metres in height
  • This ride ends in deep water of 1 metre
  • Children between the ages of 4 – 8 years must always be accompanied by an adult when descending the ride
  • Children under 4 years are not permitted to use the ride, even if accompanied by an adult
  • Non-swimmers between 4 – 8 years must wear suitable buoyancy aids

Tyre ride

  • Users must be minimum of 1.1 metres in height
  • Non-swimmers under 8 years must wear suitable buoyancy aids and have a parent precede or follow them down the ride
  • No glasses, masks or jewellery

Space bowl

  • No non-swimmers
  • No armbands
  • No swim masks
  • No jewellery
  • Users must be over 8 years old or over
  • Users must be 8 years and over minimum of 1.1 metres in height
  • This ride ends in deep water of 2 metres



MISSION INFLATABLE - USER RULES & CHILD ADMISSIONS POLICY

You MUST be a minimum age of 6 years old to use Mission Inflatable. Ages 6 - 7 years MUST always be accompanied by an adult on a 1:1 basis at all times. Age 8 years+ can go on the inflatable on their own

Friday sessions 45 minutes – ‘I’ shaped / Sunday sessions 45 minutes - "H" shaped inflatable

1.You must NEVER remove your buoyancy aid.
2.Only go down slides feet first and make sure there isn’t another bather at the bottom of the slide before you go down slide.
3.No goggles, masks, shoes, jewellery, watches or hard objects to be worn.
4.NO diving or swimming under the inflatable at any time.
5.NO diving off the inflatable.
6.NO hanging/swinging on the tethered ropes of the inflatable.
7.NO attempting to push people off the inflatable.
You must jump/walk forward onto the inflatable.
8.NO running on poolside.
ALWAYS listen and obey instructions from the lifeguard.
9.Do NOT access the inflatable until instructed to do so by the lifeguard.
10.When you fall from the inflatable, swim straight to the pool edge and exit pool.
11.NO admittance to the inflatable if you are pregnant.

DUNDONALD INTERNATIONAL ICE BOWL

Ice Skating
Online booking advisable, walk-in space will be limited – track & trace forms must be filled out.

Spectator seating is available for customers who have a paying family member on the ice. The total capacity for spectator seating is restricted to 28 people and customers must only use the designated seating which is clearly marked on the front row.

Skate hire is available and customers are advised to follow the social distancing signage for the appropriate kiosk when collecting and returning skates. Skating aids are also available for the use of young children (height restrictions apply) on a first come, first served basis.

Indiana Land

Tickets must be booked for each supervising adult attending – max 2 adults can attend to supervise. Adults are non-paying.

RULES:

Let’s make Indianaland a safe and enjoyable experience for all. Parents/guardians must supervise their children at all times. Please ensure your children adhere to the following safety instructions:

 

  • No running
  • No shoes
  • No bare feet
  • No throwing balls
  • No food or drink should be taken into the play areas.
  • No chewing gum
  • No walking up slides
  • No loitering (playing) at the bottom of the freefall/slides.
  • No infants to be taken down the freefall – this slide is for children aged 6+ years
  • No shoes by either children or adults can be worn on the play equipment.
  • Socks must be worn at all times.
  • Jewellery should be removed and pockets empty.
  • Children under 4 years are not permitted on the upper floors unless accompanied by an adult.
  • Please put rubbish into the bins provided.
  • Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult/guardian for the duration of their session.
  • All children remain the responsibility of the accompanying adult.
  • Height restrictions are in place in order to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all the children.
  • Extending your playtime will incur the appropriate charges.
  • Warning:
  • Slides can cause friction burns, children should wear long sleeved top, trousers/socks or skirt/tights. Shorts/T-shirts are not permitted on the free fall.
  • We do not permit parents to use the play equipment
  • Customers required to sanitise hands prior to and after using any equipment within Indiana Land

Due to Covid-19 requirements, there are increased cleaning schedules in place which may cause some areas of the play frame to be closed off periodically to fully sanitise the area.

 

Attending are responsible for supervising your children at all times during the visit and should follow physical distancing guidelines.  Adults, even when accompanied by young children are still required to distance from one another.

Customers are reminded of adhering to responsible behaviour and user rules whilst using facilities.
