On arrival at the main reception desk please produce your receipt (confirmation email on screen acceptable) all members should also present their card.We would like to advise customers that restricted changing facilities will be available at this stage. Customers must arrive to the facility pool ready, i.e. swimming gear should be worn below clothing. Showering and changing facilities will then become available at the end of each swimming session. Customers may find the ambient temperature around the pool to feel slightly cooler than normal as the circulation of fresh air throughout pool areas will be increased for the safety of customers and to meet government guidelines.Please do not arrive any earlier than 10 minutes prior to your session commencing.

CHILD ADMISSIONS POLICY TO LAGAN VALLEY LEISUREPLEX POOLSThe following conditions will apply to the supervision of Children using the pools at theLeisurePlex(a) All children under 4 years must be accompanied/supervised at all times by aresponsible person over 16 years on a one to one basis(b) Children aged between 4 – 7 years must be accompanied/supervised by aresponsible person over 16 years on 2 children to one responsible person basis.
Parent & toddler sessions - a responsible person over 16 years can supervise 2 children under 8 years old in these sessions ONLY
Leisure Pool RIDE Rules
MISSION INFLATABLE - USER RULES & CHILD ADMISSIONS POLICYYou MUST be a minimum age of 6 years old to use Mission Inflatable. Ages 6 - 7 years MUST always be accompanied by an adult on a 1:1 basis at all times. Age 8 years+ can go on the inflatable on their ownFriday sessions 45 minutes – ‘I’ shaped / Sunday sessions 45 minutes - "H" shaped inflatable1.You must NEVER remove your buoyancy aid.2.Only go down slides feet first and make sure there isn’t another bather at the bottom of the slide before you go down slide.3.No goggles, masks, shoes, jewellery, watches or hard objects to be worn.4.NO diving or swimming under the inflatable at any time.5.NO diving off the inflatable.6.NO hanging/swinging on the tethered ropes of the inflatable.7.NO attempting to push people off the inflatable.You must jump/walk forward onto the inflatable.8.NO running on poolside.ALWAYS listen and obey instructions from the lifeguard.9.Do NOT access the inflatable until instructed to do so by the lifeguard.10.When you fall from the inflatable, swim straight to the pool edge and exit pool.11.NO admittance to the inflatable if you are pregnant.
DUNDONALD INTERNATIONAL ICE BOWLIce Skating Online booking advisable, walk-in space will be limited – track & trace forms must be filled out.Spectator seating is available for customers who have a paying family member on the ice. The total capacity for spectator seating is restricted to 28 people and customers must only use the designated seating which is clearly marked on the front row.Skate hire is available and customers are advised to follow the social distancing signage for the appropriate kiosk when collecting and returning skates. Skating aids are also available for the use of young children (height restrictions apply) on a first come, first served basis.
Indiana Land
Tickets must be booked for each supervising adult attending – max 2 adults can attend to supervise. Adults are non-paying.

Due to Covid-19 requirements, there are increased cleaning schedules in place which may cause some areas of the play frame to be closed off periodically to fully sanitise the area.
Attending are responsible for supervising your children at all times during the visit and should follow physical distancing guidelines. Adults, even when accompanied by young children are still required to distance from one another.
